Pakistan is one of the heaviest searchers of “bulk WhatsApp software” anywhere, and one of the heaviest buyers of the wrong kind: desktop blasters and modified apps that get the number banned by the third campaign. Here is the version that survives, in Urdu and English, with JazzCash in the message.
What bulk WhatsApp marketing software means in Pakistan
- Official API, not a blaster. The number is hosted on Meta; there is no GB WhatsApp and no QR code to scan.
- Urdu and English templates, Roman or script, tagged per contact.
- JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank links inside approved templates.
- Recorded opt-in, with source and date per contact.
- Flat dollar pricing, with Meta’s charge itemised, instead of rupee credit packages that hide the markup.
Why the local tools fail, specifically
Walk into any software market in Karachi, Lahore or Rawalpindi and you can buy “unlimited bulk WhatsApp” for a few thousand rupees. It works by logging your WhatsApp into a desktop tool and sending in a loop, or by running a modified app. WhatsApp caps consumer broadcasts at 256 saved contacts and watches for automation; hundreds of identical messages an hour from one number, plus block reports from people who never opted in, is the pattern. The ban lands on the number. The vendor sells you another package.
Consent and the rules
Three things matter. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 addresses unsolicited electronic messaging; the PTA runs spam controls and complaint channels; and Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection framework has been moving toward enactment with consent at its centre. - Ramadan and Eid ul-Fitr: the peak. Lawn, fashion, food, gifting. Spending concentrates in the last ten days; set up six weeks ahead.

- On rupee “credits”: local packages blend Meta’s rate with the vendor’s markup. Ask for the two as separate lines.
Your number
Register a Jazz, Telenor, Zong or Ufone number on the official platform. Customers see a Pakistani number with your verified business name.
