Custom software development
Bring us the project. We build it and deliver it.
Any business, any project: an app, a website, a dashboard, an automation, an integration. Scoped on a call, quoted as one fixed price, built by the team that ships our own products, and handed over with the source code.

What is WappBlaster custom software development?
WappBlaster custom software development is a build-and-deliver service: any business can bring a project and get it built end to end. That covers Android apps, web applications, dashboards, CRM and ERP integrations, WhatsApp automation and AI features. Projects are scoped on a call, quoted at a fixed price, and delivered with source code and documentation.

What you get
The detail
Android apps
Field, sales, attendance and calling apps, including offline-first behaviour for patchy coverage. The same craft as our own Play Store apps.
Web apps and portals
Customer portals, admin panels, booking systems and internal tools, built to be run by small teams without an IT department.
WhatsApp and chatbot workflows
Bespoke flows, routing rules and API integrations on the official Business API, beyond what any off-the-shelf product covers.
CRM and ERP integration
Two-way sync with whatever you already run, including systems with no public API, where the route in is a database view or a file drop.
Dashboards and reporting
Reporting built on your data, for the numbers your team actually reviews each week, not a BI licence you will not use.
AI features
Reply drafting, classification, document reading and summarisation wired into an existing workflow rather than bolted on.
What you can bring us
A project does not have to be a tidy specification. Most that reach us are one of these:
- An idea on paper that needs to become working software
- A half-built system a previous developer left behind
- A legacy tool that needs rebuilding before it falls over
- Two systems that refuse to talk to each other
- A manual process eating hours that software should be doing
How a project runs
We scope it on a call, write down what is in and out, and quote one fixed price. You get a working build to react to early rather than a demo at the end, and delivery is not the last you hear from us.
- Scoping call and a written scope, free
- Fixed quote; changes to scope are re-quoted before anyone builds them
- Working build early, then iterations against your feedback
- Delivery with source code, documentation and deployment
- Support after handover, so you are not stranded at go-live
Frequently asked questions
Can anyone give you a project?
Yes. The service is not limited to existing WappBlaster customers or to WhatsApp-related work. Any business can bring a project: an app, a website, a portal, an integration or an automation, and we scope, build and deliver it end to end.
Link to this answerWhat does custom work cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate. What we will not do is start hourly and let it drift; the quote is fixed against a written scope, and changes to that scope are re-quoted before anyone builds them.
Link to this answerDo we own the result?
Yes. Handover includes the source and documentation. You are not renting the thing you paid us to build, and you are not locked into us for changes afterwards.
Link to this answerCan you work with our existing systems?
Usually. We have integrated with CRMs, ERPs and internal tools including ones with no public API, where the route in was a database view or a file drop. Bring the details to the scoping call.
Link to this answerDo you maintain the software after delivery?
If you want us to. Some clients take the source and run it themselves; others keep us on for changes and support. Both are fine, and the choice is yours because you own the code either way.

Ask a real person. We reply on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Tell us what you need built
Two lines on WhatsApp is enough to start. We will ask the right questions on the scoping call, and if custom work is not worth it for you, we will say so there.
