Build a WhatsApp chatbot by dragging blocks, not writing code
A bot that answers the first question at 11pm is the difference between a lead and a missed call. Build the flow visually, test it on your own number, and hand off to a human whenever it matters.
Included in the platform licence. Not a paid add-on.
What is a WhatsApp chatbot?
A WhatsApp chatbot automatically replies to incoming messages and guides the conversation using a predefined flow. WappBlaster’s bot builder is a visual, no-code editor: message blocks send text, images, video, documents and lists; question blocks capture and validate answers into CRM fields; buttons carry hidden payloads; and blocks can read and write Google Sheets, call external APIs and hand off to a human agent.

What you get
Everything here is documented and shipping today, not on a roadmap.
Message and question blocks
Send text, images, multiple images, video, documents, location and interactive lists. Question blocks capture the reply and write it to a CRM field.
Trigger types
Start a flow on a keyword, on any first message, from a click-to-WhatsApp ad, from an inbound webhook, or from a button on a template.
Google Sheets in the flow
Look up a row to answer "where is my order", write the captured data back in real time, or build dynamic buttons and lists from sheet rows.
External API calls
Call your own system mid-conversation and use the response in the next message, so the bot answers from live data rather than a script.
Regex validation
Validate a reply before accepting it, so an email or a PIN code is checked in the chat instead of arriving broken in your CRM.
Different bots per ad
Route each Meta click-to-WhatsApp ad to its own flow, so the bot opens on the product the ad promised.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about WhatsApp chatbot.
Do I need to know how to code to build a WhatsApp chatbot?
No. The builder is visual and block-based, and there are ready flow templates by industry. Coding only becomes relevant if you want the bot to call your own API, and even then you are filling in a URL and mapping fields rather than writing a program.
Link to this answerCan the bot hand over to a real person?
Yes, at any point in the flow. The conversation moves into the shared inbox with the full history, so the agent does not ask the customer to repeat themselves.
Link to this answerDoes a chatbot need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Automated replies at this level are only possible on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Tools that automate the consumer app to fake it are against WhatsApp policy and get numbers banned.
Link to this answerCan one number run more than one bot?
Yes. Different triggers start different flows on the same number, which is how a single number serves sales, support and ad traffic separately.
Link to this answerWhat happens if the bot cannot answer?
You design the fallback: hand to an agent, offer a menu, or capture a callback request. A bot that dead-ends is a design choice, not a limitation.
Link to this answerStill not answered?
Ask a real person. We reply on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
