Pipeline

A pipeline board where every card is a live conversation

Deal tracking usually lives in a CRM the sales team forgets to update. When the card and the chat are the same record, the board reflects reality without anyone maintaining it.

Included in the platform licence. Not a paid add-on.

What is a WhatsApp sales pipeline?

Pipeline boards give WhatsApp conversations a kanban view: columns are stages, cards are contacts with their live chat attached. In WappBlaster you create boards, add and move cards between stages, and run drip campaigns from a stage so a lead sitting in "quoted" gets its follow-up sequence automatically, with the board updating as the conversation moves.

Capabilities

What you get

Everything here is documented and shipping today, not on a roadmap.

Boards per process

A board for new leads, another for renewals, another for dealer onboarding, each with its own stages.

Cards with chat attached

Open a card and the WhatsApp thread is there, so context never needs re-reading elsewhere.

Drip campaigns from a stage

A timed sequence for everyone sitting in a stage, so quiet leads are followed up without a reminder list.

Stage movement updates the board

Automations can move a card when a payment lands or a tag is applied.

Ownership visible

The assigned agent shows on the card, which makes a stalled stage attributable.

Works with tags and segments

The same targeting data drives the board, so the two views never disagree.

How it works

Setting it up

  1. 1

    Create the board

Name the stages after what your team actually says: contacted, quoted, negotiating, won.

  2. 2

    Add cards

From contacts, from the inbox, or automatically when a lead source fires.

  3. 3

Attach a drip to the slow stage

Usually "quoted", where deals go quiet and die.

  4. 4

    Work the board

Move cards as chats progress, and let automations move the rest.

Where it earns its keep

Common uses

  • B2B lead follow-up

Long cycles where the third follow-up is the one that converts.

  • Real estate site visits

    Enquiry, visit booked, visited, negotiating.

  • Dealer onboarding

    Application through documentation to activation.

  • Insurance renewals

    A board per renewal month.

  • Education admissions

    Enquiry, counselling, application, fee paid.

  • Service quotations

Quote sent, quote followed up, quote accepted.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about WhatsApp sales pipeline.

How is this different from a normal CRM pipeline?

The card is not a record someone has to keep in sync with a conversation happening elsewhere. The conversation is on the card. That removes the data-entry step that makes most sales pipelines out of date within a week.

What is a drip campaign here?

A timed sequence of WhatsApp messages sent to contacts in a stage: for example, a follow-up one day after a quote, another after four days, another after ten. It runs until the contact replies or moves stage.

Can cards move automatically?

Yes. An automation can move a card when a payment succeeds, a tag is applied, or a webhook fires from your own system.
