The story
WappBlaster is a bulk WhatsApp sender and WhatsApp marketing software company based in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It started in 2020 with a single observation: every business call ends the same way, with someone promising to "send the details on WhatsApp" and then forgetting to. The first product sent that message automatically, the moment the call ended.
The businesses using it kept asking for the next thing: bulk campaigns without the banned numbers, a dialer that knows who is calling, attendance without the biometric machine, leads without the data-entry. The range grew product by product, each one built because a customer asked, and each one priced flat so a small business can budget it.
Today that range serves 3,500+ businesses in 12+ countries, from single-person shops to brands like Hero, TVS, Honda and Tanishq, and 500+ partners resell it under their own names.

How we work
Every account is onboarded on a call, not handed a documentation link. If the first campaign has not gone out, we have not finished.
One annual fee for the platform, and Meta’s per-message charge passed through at cost. We show both rather than blending them into a single number.
Everything runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform with opted-in contacts and approved templates. We will not sell you something that puts your number at risk.
If your volume does not justify switching, or the product does not fit the problem, we say so on the call rather than after the invoice.
WappBlaster is a bulk WhatsApp sender and WhatsApp marketing software company. Its main product sends bulk WhatsApp campaigns on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, with an AI chatbot, a shared team inbox and a REST API, at a flat ₹7999 a year. Alongside it the company makes RMDialer, an Android business dialer and telecalling CRM, Lead Finder for Google Maps lead extraction, and an after-call WhatsApp automation app.
Link to this answerBoth, on one licence. The WhatsApp bulk sender is the campaign side: segmented lists, approved templates, rich media and delivery reports. The WhatsApp marketing software is the wider platform around it, covering the chatbot, the shared inbox, automations and the API. They are the same product and the same ₹7999 a year, not two purchases.
Link to this answerYes. WappBlaster is a Meta Tech Provider and its bulk WhatsApp sender runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform: your number is registered with Meta under a verified business profile and every bulk template is reviewed by Meta before it sends. It is not an unofficial tool that automates WhatsApp Web, which is the category that gets business numbers banned.

Link to this answerYes. Alongside the products, any business can bring us a project: an app, a web application, a dashboard or an integration, and we scope it, quote a fixed price, build it and deliver it with the source code. There is a separate page covering how that works.
