WhatsApp API providers

Already paying for a WhatsApp platform?

All of these run on the same official Meta channel, so Meta's per-message charges are identical. What differs is the platform fee and what comes with it.

  • Migration

    WATI vs WappBlaster

Both run on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, so the channel and Meta’s per-message charges are identical. The difference is the platform fee: WATI bills monthly per plan with agent limits on its lower tiers, while WappBlaster is one flat annual fee with unlimited agents.

  • Migration

    Interakt vs WappBlaster

This is a closer comparison than most. Interakt is one of the few Indian providers that includes unlimited users and does not add a markup on Meta’s per-message rates, which is exactly our position too. The differences are billing period, onboarding and how much sits outside WhatsApp.

  • Migration

    AiSensy vs WappBlaster

Same official Meta channel, same Meta per-message charges. AiSensy bills monthly with a set number of users on each plan and leans hard into click-to-WhatsApp advertising. WappBlaster is one flat annual fee with unlimited agents and done-for-you setup.

  • Migration

    Gallabox vs WappBlaster

Both run on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Gallabox is a monthly, tiered product with a strong shared-inbox and chatbot story. WappBlaster is one flat annual fee with unlimited agents, Meta passed through at cost, and migration done for you.

Auto dialers and telecalling CRMs

Comparing RMDialer with another dialer?

All of these dial through the phone's own SIM, so call quality and call minutes are the same on any of them. What differs is the price per seat and whether WhatsApp follow-up is included.

  • Dialer

    Runo vs RMDialer

Both are SIM-based call management CRMs for Android sales teams, so neither needs a virtual number or an IVR. The gap is price basis and WhatsApp: Runo lists ₹599 per user per month on annual billing, RMDialer is ₹1,399 per user per year, and RMDialer includes the official WhatsApp Business API in the same plan.

  • Dialer

    TeleCRM vs RMDialer

Both are Indian telecalling CRMs built around a dialer rather than a desk. TeleCRM lists ₹799 per user per month billed annually and includes call recording; RMDialer is ₹1,399 per user per year and includes the official WhatsApp Business API in the same plan.

  • Dialer

    GoDial vs RMDialer

These two are the closest match in this comparison set: both are SIM-based Android auto dialers with a CRM built in, and neither needs KYC, a virtual number or an IVR. The clearest difference is WhatsApp, which GoDial charges for as separate credits and RMDialer includes on the official Business API.

  • Dialer

    Calley vs RMDialer

Calley is the easiest way to try SIM-based auto dialling for nothing: a free tier with no expiry, and iOS as well as Android. RMDialer is the fuller product, with a deeper CRM and the official WhatsApp Business API included. If you want to test the idea first, start with Calley’s free plan.

Questions people ask when comparing providers

Are all WhatsApp API providers the same underneath?

The channel is identical: every official provider sends through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and Meta’s per-message charge is the same for all of them. What differs is the platform fee, whether agents and contacts are metered, and whether the provider adds a markup on Meta’s rate.

Link to this answer
Will I lose my messaging limit if I switch providers?

No. Quality rating and messaging limits belong to your WhatsApp Business Account and the number, not to the provider. A number on the unlimited tier stays on the unlimited tier after migration.

Link to this answer
How long does switching take?

Typically 1–2 days. The number is released and re-registered inside one maintenance window; the real work is rebuilding chatbot flows and automations, which do not transfer between platforms.

Link to this answer
Do my approved templates come across?

Generally yes, since templates belong to the WhatsApp Business Account. It is still worth listing the templates you actively use and verifying them on the new platform before cutover.

What should I check before signing with any provider?

Whether you own your Meta Business Manager rather than the provider, whether the price changes as your contact list or team grows, and whether they add a markup to Meta’s conversation rate. Those three answers explain most of the price difference between providers.
