Everything the platform actually does
Most people arrive here for bulk sending. That is one of 38 capabilities in the same licence: chatbots, an automations builder, a shared inbox, WhatsApp commerce, payments, RCS and more. Nothing below is an add-on and nothing is on a roadmap.
What can WappBlaster do?
WappBlaster is a WhatsApp business platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. It sends bulk campaigns using approved templates including carousel, catalogue, multi-product and limited-time-offer formats; runs chatbots and AI agents that answer and route conversations; automates workflows across Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make and n8n; provides a CRM with segments, tags, a shared team inbox and pipeline boards; supports WhatsApp commerce with catalogues and native payments; and also sends RCS campaigns in India. The platform fee is a flat annual amount, with Meta's per-message charges passed through at cost.

Questions people ask about the platform
Are all these features included, or are they add-ons?
All included in the flat annual platform fee. There is no per-agent charge, no per-contact charge and no feature gating by tier. Only Meta’s per-message charges vary, and those are passed through at cost.
Link to this answerDo I have to use all of it?
No, and most businesses should not start by trying. Campaigns and the shared inbox cover the first month for nearly everyone; chatbots, automations and commerce are worth adding once the basics are running.
Link to this answerIs this the official WhatsApp API or an unofficial tool?
Everything here runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Unofficial tools that automate the consumer app breach WhatsApp policy and get numbers banned, which is exactly the risk businesses come here to leave behind.
Link to this answerCan I try a feature before committing?
Yes. Setup runs with us on a call using your real number, templates and list, so you see the feature working on your own data rather than in a sandbox.
Link to this answerWhich features need the WhatsApp Business API?
All of the messaging ones. Chatbots, automations, campaigns at scale, the shared inbox and delivery reporting are only possible on the official API; the WhatsApp Business app cannot do them.
