WappBlaster ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Phone number for login and license activation
• Usage Data: App usage statistics, message counts, and feature usage
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version
• Google Account Data (optional): Only if you connect Google Sheets. See the Google user data section below for exactly what we access and how we use it

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do NOT access:

• We do NOT access your WhatsApp messages or chats
• We do NOT store your contact list on our servers
• We do NOT record your phone calls
• All message templates are stored locally on your device

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To verify your license and subscription
• To improve our app and user experience
• To send important updates about the service
• To provide customer support

5. Data Storage

Your message templates and settings are stored locally on your device. We only store minimal information on our servers necessary for license verification and account management.

6. Third-Party Services

Our app uses WhatsApp's share intent to open WhatsApp with pre-filled messages. We do not integrate with WhatsApp API or access your WhatsApp account. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp Inc.

If you choose to connect Google Sheets, we use Google Sign-In, the Google Sheets and Google Drive APIs, and Google Apps Script to sync the spreadsheets you pick. If you turn on AI calling for a connected sheet, contact details from new rows are sent to your own Bolna account. Google and Bolna handle that data under their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account
• Opt out of promotional communications
• Request a copy of your data

8. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

11. Google User Data

WappBlaster offers an optional Google Sheets feature. You sign in with your own Google account, pick a spreadsheet, and its rows sync into WappBlaster as leads. This section explains what we get from Google and what we do with it.

What we access

• Your Google account identity: your Google account ID and email address, so we know which Google account you connected.
• Sign-in tokens: the tokens Google issues when you connect. We store them encrypted and use them only on the spreadsheets you connect.
• Spreadsheets you choose: only files you pick yourself in Google's file picker. We read the spreadsheet's title, its tab names, and the first few rows of the tab you choose (column headers and a few sample rows) so you can map columns. We cannot see or open any other file in your Google Drive.
• Apps Script projects: we create one sync script attached to each spreadsheet you connect, and update it when you edit or delete that connection. We do not read, change or run any other Apps Script project in your account.
• Rows from the connected tab: after you click Start sync inside the sheet, the script sends new and changed rows of that tab to WappBlaster every minute.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the Google Sheets feature you set up. That means creating leads from your sheet's rows, assigning them to the team members you choose, showing sync reports and logs, and keeping the script in your sheet up to date. If you turn on AI calling for a connected sheet, the contact details from new rows go to your own Bolna account so the calls you asked for can be placed.

What we don't do

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use it for advertising, including personalised or retargeted ads.
• We do not use it to develop, improve or train general AI or machine-learning models.
• Nobody reads it except with your permission, when needed for security or to investigate abuse, when the law requires it, or after it has been anonymised and combined for internal operations.

Who can see it

You, and the team members on your account you assign leads to. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process it for us under confidentiality obligations. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Storage and security

Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Google sign-in tokens are encrypted when stored, and access is limited to what the feature needs.

Retention and deletion

• Disconnecting Google on the Google Sheets page revokes our access with Google and deletes your stored tokens straight away.
• Deleting a connected sheet removes its sync logs and, while your Google account is still connected, switches off the script in the sheet. Leads it already brought in stay in your account unless you choose Connection and data, which deletes them permanently.
• Sync logs keep the last 200 sync calls for each sheet. Older ones are replaced as new calls arrive.
• Full deletion: to have all data that came from your Google account deleted, contact us using the details below.

Removing access

You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. There, remove both wappblaster.com and WappBlaster sync. To stop one sheet from syncing, use WappBlaster → Stop sync inside the sheet, or delete the script under Extensions → Apps Script.

Limited Use

WappBlaster's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
