• Licenses are non-refundable once purchased by resellers
• Commission on sub-reseller sales is available
• We reserve the right to terminate reseller accounts for violations
• Resellers must comply with all WappBlaster branding guidelines

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with WhatsApp using Android's share intent and official APIs. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

11. Account Termination

• Arbitration: Binding arbitration if mediation fails
• Court Proceedings: Final resort to court proceedings in Bikaner

12.2 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
