Questions people ask before choosing
What is the difference between a bulk WhatsApp sender and the WhatsApp Business API?
The API is Meta’s official channel; a bulk sender is the software you use to send on it. What matters is whether the sender runs on the official API or automates the consumer app. The second kind is against WhatsApp policy and is what gets numbers banned, regardless of which product you bought.

If you want to send campaigns to a list, start with the Bulk WhatsApp Sender. If you need chatbots, automations and API access as well, the Marketing API product covers those. Both run on the same platform licence, so the choice is about what you switch on rather than what you pay.

No. The platform fee is flat and annual, and covers campaigns, chatbot, automations, shared inbox and CRM together. Only Meta’s per-message charges scale with how much you send, and those are passed through at cost.

The Android after-call app has a three-day trial you can start yourself. The bulk WhatsApp platform is trialled with us on a call, because a number has to be verified on Meta before it can send anything at all.

Usually yes. A number already on the WhatsApp Business app can be registered as a co-existing number, so you keep the number customers already have. Once it is on the API it can no longer be used in the consumer or Business app.
