Most quotes blur the platform fee into the message cost. Here is the split, so you can price a campaign before you commit.

| Feature | Billed by | Used for | Relative cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing | Meta, per message | Promotions, offers, re-engagement | Highest rate. Meta raised India marketing rates in the July 2026 card. |
| Utility | Meta, per message | Order updates, reminders, receipts | Roughly 80-90% cheaper than marketing. Volume discounts apply. |
| Authentication | Meta, per message | OTPs and login codes | Roughly 80-90% cheaper than marketing. Volume discounts apply. |
| Service | Nobody | Your replies inside the 24-hour customer service window | Free. |
Meta bills per message, not per 24-hour conversation, since 1 July 2025. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for every message sent, including non-template messages. Rates vary by destination country and are set by Meta, not by WappBlaster. Rate card checked July 2026.
How to read a quote from any provider
Ask these five questions of us and of anyone we are up against. The answers, not the headline price, are where the money is.
| Feature | Typical provider | WappBlaster |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | Tiered, rises with contacts or messages | Flat ₹7,999 / yr in India, $200 / yr international |
| Per-agent fee | Common, charged per seat per month | None. Add your whole team. |
| Meta’s per-message charges | Often resold inside “credits”, not itemised | Meta’s charges passed through at cost, itemised. |
| Onboarding and template approval | Self-serve docs, or a paid add-on | Included, done with you on a call |
| Migration from another provider | Your responsibility | Included. We move the number, templates and lists. |
Meta’s per-message charges are billed separately at cost and are not included in the platform fee. We compare fee structures rather than quoting competitor totals, because their totals depend on your volume and change with their own price lists.
Frequently asked questions
Is the platform fee really flat?
Yes. ₹7,999 a year in India, or $200 internationally, covers the whole team and the whole contact list. There is no per-seat charge and no tier upgrade when your list grows. Only Meta’s per-message charge scales with how much you send.
Link to this answerWhat is not included in that fee?
Meta’s per-message charges. They depend on the template category and the recipient’s country, they are set by Meta rather than by us, and we pass them through with no markup. Everything on our side — onboarding, templates, chatbot, inbox, API, support — is in the flat fee.
Link to this answerDo you offer refunds?
We run a free demo and a trial before you pay so you can judge the product first. After that, see the refund policy for the specific terms. We would rather you did not buy than buy and regret it.
Link to this answerCan I pay monthly?
The bulk WhatsApp platform fee is billed annually; that is what lets us keep it flat rather than charging per agent or per message. RMDialer is the exception: it can be billed monthly at ₹129 per user if you prefer not to commit to the year.
Link to this answerWhat does the auto dialer cost, and is Calls Management priced differently?
They are the same product at the same price. RMDialer, the Auto Dialer Mobile App and Calls Management Software are one Android app sold under three names: ₹1,399 per user per year, or ₹129 per user per month, with every feature included. The optional Web CRM add-on, which puts leads, clients and per-employee reports in a desktop browser, is ₹840 per user per year.
