“WhatsApp blaster price” is a question with four very different answers, because four very different products use the name. The cheapest one on day one is the most expensive one by month two. This is what each kind costs, and what it costs you later.

Quick answer: WhatsApp blaster prices in India range from ₹1,500 one-time for unofficial desktop tools (plus the banned number) to ₹2,000 to ₹15,000 a month for per-seat BSPs. WappBlaster’s official API platform is a flat ₹7,999 a year with unlimited agents and contacts, and Meta’s per-message charge passed through at 0% markup and itemised separately.

Four pricing models, four products

One-time desktop licence

₹1,500 to ₹10,000, “lifetime”. Unofficial: automates WhatsApp Web from your account. The real cost is the banned number and the re-printed signboard.

Credit packs

Buy 10,000 “credits”, send 10,000 messages. Meta’s rate and the vendor’s markup are blended into one number so you can see neither. Often unofficial underneath.

Per-seat BSP

₹2,000 to ₹15,000 a month by plan, with agent limits, contact tiers and often a markup on Meta’s rate. Official, but the bill grows with the team.

Flat annual platform

WappBlaster: ₹7,999 a year, unlimited agents, unlimited contacts, Meta billed at cost as a separate line. Official.

The part nobody can discount: Meta’s charge

On the official platform, Meta charges per message, at a rate it sets for India by template category, marketing higher than utility. Since 1 July 2025 that is billed per message rather than per 24-hour conversation. Nobody can make that cheaper. What a provider can do is mark it up, and the easiest place to hide a markup is inside a credit price.

  • WappBlaster: Meta’s rate, itemised, 0% markup.
  • Credit sellers: ask what Meta’s rate is and what theirs is. The gap is the markup.
  • Service replies inside the 24-hour window are free today and become billable from 1 October 2026 (details).

Worked examples

  • Boutique, 3,000 contacts, two campaigns a month. Platform ₹7,999 a year. Meta on roughly 6,000 marketing messages a month, at Meta’s India rate, itemised. The Meta line is the bigger one, which is exactly why the platform line should be flat.
  • Coaching centre, four staff on the inbox. Per-seat BSP: four seats at a few thousand each per month. WappBlaster: the same ₹7,999 a year, because agents are unlimited.
  • Textile wholesaler, 20,000 retailers. Contact-tier BSP: the top tier, or more. WappBlaster: the same ₹7,999, because contacts are unlimited. Meta’s charge scales with sends either way.

Where the hidden costs live

  1. Per-agent seats. Every person who touches WhatsApp becomes a line item.
  2. Contact tiers. Growth is billed as an upgrade.
  3. Credit markups. Meta’s rate plus something, presented as one number.
  4. Paid API. Developer access as a separate plan.
  5. Paid onboarding. Setup, verification help and template approval as an extra.
  6. The number. The only cost on an unofficial tool, and the largest one.

What ₹7,999 a year includes

  • Unlimited agents, unlimited contacts, unlimited API calls.
  • Campaigns with approved templates, images, PDFs and buttons; segmentation; scheduling; delivery, read and reply reports.
  • AI chatbot with human handover; shared team inbox.
  • REST API and webhooks; Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce connections.
  • Onboarding on a call, business verification help, template approval help, migration from any BSP.
  • Meta’s per-message charge billed separately, at cost, itemised. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a WhatsApp blaster cost in India?

It depends entirely on which kind. Unofficial desktop blasters sell for roughly ₹1,500 to ₹10,000 as a one-time licence, plus the cost of the banned number. Credit-based senders charge per message with a markup blended into the credit price. Per-seat BSPs run about ₹2,000 to ₹15,000 a month. The official API on WappBlaster is a flat ₹7,999 a year with unlimited agents and contacts, plus Meta’s per-message charge at cost.

Why are some WhatsApp blasters a one-time price?

Because they are unofficial. Meta charges per message on the official platform, so no legitimate product can be a lifetime fee. A one-time price tells you the tool is automating WhatsApp Web from your own account, and the real cost arrives when the number is banned.

What is the per-message cost of bulk WhatsApp in India?

Meta sets a per-message rate for India by template category, with marketing priced higher than utility, billed per message since July 2025. On WappBlaster it is passed through at 0% markup and itemised separately. Providers selling “credits” typically add a few paise to a rupee on top of Meta’s rate inside the credit price.

Is ₹7,999 a year the total cost?

It is the total platform cost: unlimited agents, unlimited contacts, campaigns, chatbot, shared inbox, API and onboarding. Meta’s per-message charge is additional, set by Meta, and billed at cost. For a business sending a few thousand messages a month, the Meta line is usually larger than the platform line.

Are there hidden costs in WhatsApp blaster pricing?

The usual ones are per-agent seats, contact-tier upgrades as the list grows, a markup hidden inside message credits, paid API access, and paid onboarding. Ask any provider to show Meta’s charge and their own fee as two separate lines; if they will not, the markup is in there.

Which is cheaper, a WhatsApp blaster or WhatsApp Business API?

Over any period longer than a month, the official API. A desktop blaster is cheap until the number is banned and the business number has to be changed everywhere. The API has a platform fee and Meta’s charge, both known in advance, and the number is protected.

Does WappBlaster charge GST on top?

Prices exclude applicable taxes, as with any Indian software invoice. Meta’s per-message charges are billed separately at cost and itemised so the GST treatment is transparent.
