Both dial from your own SIM

TeleCRM alternative: TeleCRM vs RMDialer, compared on real per-seat cost

A TeleCRM alternative is another dialer-centred telecalling CRM, typically weighed on seat price, call recording and whether WhatsApp messaging is a separate purchase. Both are Indian telecalling CRMs built around a dialer rather than a desk. TeleCRM lists ₹799 per user per month billed annually and includes call recording. RMDialer costs ₹1908 ($29) per user per year, also records calls, and bundles the Web CRM and the official WhatsApp Business API into that one plan.

TeleCRM alternative in brief

A TeleCRM alternative mostly changes what one telecalling seat buys. TeleCRM listed ₹799 per user a month on annual billing on 17 September 2026, or ₹9588 per seat a year, and sells its official WhatsApp messaging as a separately priced solution. RMDialer, a SIM-based dialer with a built-in lead CRM, charges ₹1908 ($29) per user yearly, and that single plan includes call recording, the desktop Web CRM and Meta's official Business API. Where TeleCRM offers a 1-click dialer, RMDialer works through a list continuously on its own, and its automation rules fire on call outcome or status change. Leads arrive by CSV, Excel, a linked Google Sheet or the API. TeleCRM still has the stronger reporting story for floors that want a leaderboard and automations named in the core plan, and teams that never follow up on WhatsApp gain little from the bundle beyond the lower seat price.

Which is better, TeleCRM or RMDialer?

TeleCRM is strong for floors that want recording, reports and a leaderboard named in the core plan; teams that also need WhatsApp follow-up without a second purchase should switch.

RMDialer is ₹1908 ($29) per user per year against the ₹9588 TeleCRM lists, and that one plan covers call recording, the Web CRM and the official WhatsApp Business API.

  • TeleCRM offers its official WhatsApp solution at a separate price.
  • On five seats the yearly gap is roughly ₹38000.
  • Leads load into RMDialer by spreadsheet upload, a linked Google Sheet or the API.

TeleCRM alternative benefits

  • Roughly a fifth of the seat price

    A seat is ₹1908 ($29) a year rather than ₹9588.

  • Continuous auto-dial

The app runs through a list by itself instead of one click per number.

  • Outcome-based automation

Rules fire on call outcome and on status change.

  • Bulk WhatsApp from the dialer

Campaigns go out from the same app the calls are made in.

Is RMDialer a good TeleCRM alternative?

RMDialer is a good TeleCRM alternative when WhatsApp follow-up is part of the job. Both are Indian telecalling CRMs that dial from your own SIM, with no virtual number, KYC or IVR. RMDialer charges ₹1908 ($29) per user per year, with call recording, the Web CRM and the official WhatsApp Business API in one plan, and no number is ported.

Capabilities

TeleCRM alternative: TeleCRM vs RMDialer feature by feature

TeleCRM and RMDialer both put the dialer at the centre, and on both the call goes out over a normal SIM. What separates them is recording, automation, WhatsApp and the price of a seat.

Where TeleCRM still wins against any TeleCRM alternative

Call recording listed as a core feature

TeleCRM names recording in its core plan; RMDialer supports it too, set up with you during onboarding.

  • Listed among core CRM features rather than as an add-on
  • Useful for regulated selling and for quality review
  • Call recording carries its own consent obligations on either product

Reporting and leaderboard depth

Built for managing a telecalling floor.

  • Reports and leaderboard in the core plan
  • Automations aimed at follow-up discipline
  • Established brand with published customer references

Where RMDialer wins as a TeleCRM alternative

About a fifth of the per-seat cost

Both are priced per user, so the gap scales with the team.

  • TeleCRM ₹799 per user per month billed annually, so ₹9588 a year
  • RMDialer at ₹1908 ($29) per seat a year
  • On five seats that is roughly ₹38000 a year of difference

WhatsApp included rather than quoted separately

The follow-up channel is not a second purchase.

  • Official Meta Business API in the same plan
  • Auto message on call end, varying by outcome
  • Bulk campaigns from the same app

TeleCRM alternative pricing: the quoted price is not the comparable price

The listed figures are ₹799 per user per month billed annually on TeleCRM, so ₹9588 a seat a year, against ₹1908 ($29) on RMDialer. That gap is already large, but taking it at face value understates the problem with comparing these two on their price pages.

TeleCRM describes WhatsApp Cloud API messaging as a separate solution rather than a plan inclusion. So for any calling business that intends to follow up on WhatsApp, and in India that is nearly all of them, the TeleCRM column is incomplete until you have a second quote to add to it. Until then you are comparing a total against a subtotal.

The right way to run this evaluation is therefore to ask TeleCRM for a combined figure covering the seats you need plus the WhatsApp messaging you expect, and compare that with ₹1908 ($29) per seat. Anything less rigorous flatters whichever product happens to bundle less.

Note also that shorter billing terms move against you here rather than for you: the quarterly rate is ₹1099 per user per month. If annual commitment is the obstacle, the alternative costs more, not less.

Call recording in a TeleCRM alternative: both have it, with the same obligation

This is the one capability where the two are genuinely level, and it is worth being precise because it is often the deciding feature for a telecalling floor.

TeleCRM lists call recording in its core plan. RMDialer supports it too, set up with you during onboarding rather than enabled by default. Neither approach is better in the abstract; a default-on setting is more convenient, a configured one is harder to switch on without thinking about it.

What matters more than the feature is the obligation that comes with it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act a recording containing personal data is personal data, which means a lawful basis, a stated purpose, a retention period and the ability to honour a deletion request. Telling the customer at the start of the call is the practical minimum, and it applies identically on either product.

If recordings are central to your process, ask both vendors the same three questions: where the audio is stored, how long it is kept, and who can download it. The RMDialer answers are on the call tracking page.

Where TeleCRM is the better buy

A comparison worth trusting has to be able to say this, so: TeleCRM is the stronger choice in two situations.

The first is if automations in the core plan are what you are buying. TeleCRM leans into workflow automation more than RMDialer does, and if your process depends on rules firing between stages rather than on callers moving leads, that is a real difference rather than a marketing one.

The second is reporting and leaderboards aimed specifically at managing a telecalling floor. RMDialer has call analytics and a team board, and they are good, but a team built around competitive daily leaderboards should evaluate both properly rather than take our word for the comparison.

Both are Indian companies building for Indian telecalling teams, which means support in the right time zone and an understanding of DND and SIM-based dialling that overseas products generally lack. That is a genuine point in common, not a differentiator either way.

Four questions to ask a TeleCRM alternative before you move anything

Ask these of us and of them. A vendor who answers all four plainly is probably safe to trust with a year of call history.

Can I get my data out, in what format, and how quickly? Both products should say CSV or Excel without hesitation. What you are testing is whether the answer includes notes and call history, or only the contact rows. A list of numbers you could have bought is not your data; the record of what was said is.

What happens to my call recordings if I leave? Recordings are the part most likely to be stranded, because they are large and rarely included in a standard export. Establish retention and retrieval before you have three years of them.

Is WhatsApp on the official Meta API, and who pays Meta? If the answer is vague, the messaging is probably automating a personal account, which risks the number. RMDialer is on the official API and passes Meta’s per-conversation charges through at cost.

What is not in the price I was quoted? On TeleCRM the notable one is WhatsApp. On RMDialer it is Meta’s own message charges, which are separate for everybody.

None of this requires porting a number, because both dial from the SIM in the handset. Your account can keep running while you set the other up alongside it, which is an unusually forgiving way to evaluate software.

  • The RMDialer leads list on Android, each lead carrying its assignment and status badges with edit, reminder, remark, status and history actions.
The lead list both products are built around, with the five common actions on the card itself.
  • The RMDialer call recording screen listing recorded calls with caller and duration, noting that only calls attached to leads are uploaded to the server.
Call recording, which both products offer. Only calls attached to a lead are uploaded.
  • RMDialer Auto WhatsApp settings with separate approved Meta templates for missed, outgoing and incoming calls, plus quiet hours.
Official WhatsApp is in the RMDialer plan. On TeleCRM it is quoted as a separate solution.

Switching

Moving to a TeleCRM alternative without losing leads

No phone number is ported and no telecom paperwork is involved, so your TeleCRM account can keep running while you set RMDialer up alongside it.

  1. 1

    Export your leads

Most of these export to CSV or Excel from the web panel.

  2. 2

    Import into RMDialer

CSV, Excel, Google Sheets or the API, with custom fields mapped.

  3. 3

    Recreate your statuses

Lead stages and custom fields, named the way your team already says them.

  4. 4

    Connect WhatsApp

Official Business API, with templates approved before you switch over.

  5. 5

    Run both for a week

Nothing here requires porting a number, so you can overlap and compare.

Floors that record calls should also read the DPDP consent rules for WhatsApp marketing, see how the call recording app uploads only lead calls, and compare the three-tool telecalling CRM shortlist.

When a TeleCRM alternative is the wrong choice

  • Calling floors that want deep reporting and a leaderboard named in the core plan may prefer what TeleCRM already gives them.
  • If your team never sends WhatsApp follow-ups, the bundled official API adds little and the choice comes down to seat price alone.
