Getting started

Getting on the WhatsApp Business API without the two-week detour

The API onboarding is where most businesses stall: verification stuck, a number already in use, a migration that loses templates. All of it is a solved problem, and we do it with you on a call.

Included in the platform licence. Not a paid add-on.

How do you set up the WhatsApp Business API?

Setting up the WhatsApp Business API means registering a phone number to a WhatsApp Business Account, completing Meta business verification, and creating approved message templates before you can start conversations. WappBlaster registers new and co-existing numbers, completes partner-led business verification directly from the panel, migrates numbers already on another provider, and handles display name changes, two-factor setup, profile updates and green tick applications.

Partner-led business verification

Complete Meta business verification directly from the panel, which is where most self-serve onboardings get stuck.

Display name and profile

Change the display name, update the business profile and display picture, all subject to Meta’s review rules.

Green tick applications

Apply for the verified badge once the account qualifies.

Security and account hygiene

Two-factor authentication on the channel, and account quality and messaging limit monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about WhatsApp business API setup.

How do I get the WhatsApp Business API?

Through a solution provider. You supply a phone number not currently on the WhatsApp Business API, complete Meta business verification for your legal entity, and set up your WhatsApp Business Account. We handle the technical steps and the verification submission with you on a call, typically inside one to two days.

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?

Usually yes. A number already on the WhatsApp Business app can be registered as a co-existing number. Note that once it is on the API it can no longer be used in the consumer or Business app.

How long does business verification take?

Partner-led verification from the panel is often same-day once documents are correct. Where Meta asks for more evidence it can take a few days, and the usual delay is a mismatch between the submitted business name and the registration documents.

What are messaging limits and how do they change?

Meta caps how many unique customers you can message in a rolling 24 hours: 1,000, then 10,000, then 100,000, then unlimited. You move up by sending consistent volume at a good quality rating, and you move down if the rating drops.

What is the green tick and can you get it for me?

It is Meta’s verified badge, granted on brand notability rather than payment. We prepare and submit the application, but no provider can guarantee it: the decision is Meta’s and is based on independent public coverage of your brand.
