1. Who can apply for the Master Distributor programme?+
Partners with an existing SMB relationship in their city — computer shops, biometric resellers, Tally/Busy/antivirus dealers, CAs, HR consultants, IT integrators and telecom resellers. One Master Distributor per city.
2. How is the margin structured exactly?+
Your sub-dealers earn 40% on every Attendance, Field Tracker and Taskgati subscription. You as Master earn an additional 20-25% override on every sub-dealer sale in your city, and the full 40% on any direct sale you close yourself. Renewals carry the same commission for life.
3. Is there a security deposit or franchise fee?+
No franchise fee, no fixed royalty. Most Master Distributors place a small initial commitment order during onboarding so they can hold demo accounts and offer credit terms to sub-dealers. We finalise the number on the onboarding call based on your city size.
4. How exclusive are city rights?+
One Master Distributor is appointed per city. All WappBlaster website leads, partner inquiries and dealer applications from that city are routed to you for as long as the programme commitments are met.
5. What training and support do I get?+
Co-branded onboarding for the first 3-5 demos, a full training library (product, objection handling, pricing scripts), a partner dashboard, demo accounts and priority WhatsApp support with same-day escalation.
6. When do payouts run?+
Monthly. Sub-dealer margin is netted at the time of invoice. Your Master override is paid by the 10th of the following month against a GST invoice. Renewal commission is paid on the same cycle for the lifetime of the customer.
7. What about GST, invoicing and KYC?+
We invoice you as Master Distributor against your GSTIN; you raise GST-compliant invoices to your sub-dealers. KYC docs (GST certificate, PAN, address proof, bank) are collected before activation; for UAE, trade licence + VAT cert.
8. Can I exit the programme?+
Yes. Either side can exit with 60 days written notice. Your earned override on customers signed before the exit date continues to be paid as long as those customers renew.
