When you should plan a BSP switch
- Rising platform fees, per-agent charges or opaque Meta markups.
- Chatbot or inbox limitations blocking revenue workflows.
- Slow template approval support during peak season.
- Need for neutral REST/webhook access without paywalls.
Step 1 β Inventory everything (before you notify your old BSP)
- WABA ID, phone number ID, current BSP name.
- Template catalog β name, language, category, variables, sample media.
- Chatbot / automation flows with escalation rules.
- Webhook endpoints and which downstream systems consume them.
- CRM field mapping for opt-in, last template, owner assignment.
- Campaign calendar for the next 14 days (avoid cutover on launch days).
Step 2 β Parallel setup on the new BSP
