Yes, both are mandatory. You need your own two-wheeler for field visits to client locations, and a laptop is required for conducting product demos. This is a field sales role, so mobility is essential.

Standard 8-hour workday during business hours (typically 10 AM - 6 PM). You'll be visiting client locations during this time. No late-night or weekend work required.

No fixed sales targets! We believe in quality over quantity. Focus on doing 15-20 good demos daily, and sales will naturally follow. No pressure of unrealistic targets.

You get ₹20,000 fixed salary. After your total sales cross ₹60,000, you earn 15% incentive on every additional ₹10,000 in sales. Example: ₹1.5 Lakh sales = approximately ₹35,000+ total earnings.

Once selected, you'll go through 2-3 days of product training. After that, you can start field work immediately. The entire process from application to starting can be as quick as 1 week.
