Bulk WhatsApp software pricing in brief
WappBlaster's bulk WhatsApp software pricing puts four products on flat fees and keeps Meta's message charges as a separate line. For the bulk WhatsApp platform the fee is ₹7999 yearly for Indian customers and $200 for everyone else, bundling unlimited contacts, unlimited API calls, campaigns, the chatbot, the shared inbox, REST access, onboarding and template approval help. The RMDialer app sells at ₹1908 ($29) for each user yearly, ₹159 per user monthly, or ₹747 for a quarter; Auto WhatsApp After Call is ₹2499 a year per Android device; and Lead Finder is $20 a year with no per-record charge. The most concrete differentiator is that no plan has contact tiers, so usage only moves the Meta portion of the bill, which is passed through with 0% markup. On 1 July 2025 Meta stopped pricing 24-hour conversations and began pricing each message, and non-template messages become chargeable on 1 October 2026. Utility and authentication messages run roughly 80-90% cheaper than marketing ones, and all prices exclude taxes.
Its cost has two parts: the provider's platform fee, flat or tiered, and Meta's charge for each message, which varies by category and the recipient's country.

Since 1 July 2025 Meta has billed each message rather than each 24-hour conversation, and from 1 October 2026 every message sent is charged, non-template messages included. Meta sets the rates, which differ by the country you send to; WappBlaster does not set them. We last checked the rate card in July 2026.
