What limits a send
The four limits on a Delhi bulk send, and how to raise them
Nobody at Meta sets a fixed daily number for you. Your sending room comes from these four, and you control every one.
1 Daily conversation cap
A new Delhi number may only open chats with a limited count of fresh contacts each day. Meta lifts that cap in stages while recipients keep engaging, so a steady first month buys a bigger second one.
2 Approved wording
Messages you start need a template Meta has passed. A Karol Bagh dealer announcing new stock with a specific reason passes; a line like 'mega sale, hurry' with no detail tends to bounce.
3 Proof of permission
Each number should have agreed to hear from you, through an enquiry form, a counter register, an admission form or an ad that opens WhatsApp. A database bought from a Delhi data seller does not count.
4 Customer reactions
Blocks and spam reports pull down your quality rating, and a low rating can shrink the cap. Sending Punjabi-speaking customers a Punjabi template and Hindi speakers a Hindi one keeps reactions positive.
