What limits a send
Four settings that decide how far a Dubai send can reach
The official API has no single published daily ceiling. These four things are what move your number up or down.
1 Messaging tier
Meta limits how many new people a number can open conversations with each day, and lifts that limit while quality holds. A Dubai number that sends steadily to engaged lists climbs faster than one that blasts once a quarter.
2 Approved templates
Messages your business starts need a template Meta has looked at first. A viewing confirmation or a delivery notice with a clear purpose clears easily, while a vague 'mega offer' is far more likely to come back rejected.
3 Consent you can show
Every recipient should have agreed to WhatsApp messages, whether through a web form, an ad with a WhatsApp button or a lead sheet signed at a property show. A list bought from a data seller is not consent.
4 Quality rating
Blocks and spam reports pull the rating down, and a weak rating can shrink your tier. Sending an off-plan launch only to investors who asked about off-plan stock is how a brokerage keeps it steady.
