The campaign playbook
Five campaign habits for Dubai contact lists
Most blocks begin when a good offer lands with the wrong people. These habits keep a Dubai list answering, campaign after campaign.
1 Segment by community and source
Split contacts by the area they asked about, the channel they came from and what they bought. A Downtown apartment investor and a Deira shop owner should never receive the same message.
2 Match the language to the reader
All four of English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu are accepted for templates. Write each version for its segment instead of machine-translating one draft, and tag every contact with the language they replied in.
3 Give one reason to tap
One offer and one button per message. A brochure, a discount code and four links in the same bubble look like spam to a busy reader, however generous the deal behind them.
4 Follow up only the interested
The second step goes to people who clicked, replied or opened the PDF. A drip step can wait for a button press, an answer or a chosen number of days, and it stops as soon as someone books.
5 Compare templates on replies
Read rates alone flatter a weak message. Rank templates by replies and clicks, and rewrite any template that plenty of people open but almost nobody answers.
