Integrations

Connect what you already run

Connect WappBlaster Attendance Suite with the tools your team already uses, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Razorpay Payouts, Google Sheets and Slack.

  • Accounting & ERP

    Tally

Push monthly payroll journals, salary disbursal entries, statutory liabilities (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and approved expense claims from WappBlaster directly into TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9, eliminating month-end re-entry into finance ledgers. Available via XML import file (universal) or REST API webhook (TallyPrime Server).

  • Cloud Accounting

    Zoho Books

Push monthly payroll journals, salary disbursal entries, statutory liabilities and GST-tagged expense claims from WappBlaster to Zoho Books via REST API. Real-time sync; multi-organisation; Indian + UAE Books editions both supported.

  • Cloud Accounting (Global)

    QuickBooks

Push payroll journals, statutory liabilities, bank disbursal entries and approved expense claims from WappBlaster to QuickBooks Online via REST API. Real-time sync, multi-currency, audit-grade, for global SMBs running QuickBooks as their accounting system.

  • Payments & Payouts

    Razorpay

Disburse monthly salary, reimbursement and bonus payouts directly through Razorpay Payouts, bank transfer, UPI, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS supported. One-click batch payouts at payroll close; auto-reconciliation back into WappBlaster.

  • Productivity

    Google Sheets

Auto-export any WappBlaster dataset, attendance, payroll, field tracking, expenses, leave balances, into Google Sheets in real-time. Build custom dashboards, share with CAs, and pivot data without giving sheet users direct WappBlaster access.

  • Team Communication

    Slack

Pipe daily attendance summaries, anomaly alerts, weekly KPI digests and leave / expense approval requests into your team's Slack channels. Managers approve or reject from Slack with one click, no portal logins.

  • E-commerce

    Shopify

Recover abandoned carts, confirm orders, send tracking links and collect feedback over WhatsApp. For Indian stores the two that pay for themselves fastest are COD confirmation before dispatch and COD-to-prepaid conversion.

  • E-commerce

    WooCommerce

Abandoned cart recovery with discount codes, new order notifications and status updates over WhatsApp for your WooCommerce store, plus a chat widget and lead-grabber buttons for the WordPress site around it.

  • Automation

    Zapier

Send WhatsApp messages from anything Zapier can talk to. A new row in Airtable, a Stripe payment, a Calendly booking or a HubSpot stage change becomes an approved-template WhatsApp message, without anyone writing code.

  • Automation

    Make

Two-way: WappBlaster pushes data to Make when a contact is created or a custom field changes, and Make scenarios send WhatsApp messages back. Better suited than Zapier to branching, multi-step scenarios.

  • Automation

    Pabbly Connect

Send WhatsApp text, images, documents and video from any Pabbly Connect workflow. Popular with Indian teams because Pabbly's lifetime pricing avoids the per-task subscription that makes Zapier expensive at volume.

  • Automation

    n8n

Send WhatsApp messages from n8n workflows. Because n8n can be self-hosted, this is the route for teams whose data cannot pass through a third-party automation cloud, and for anyone who wants unmetered runs.

  • B2B Marketplace

    IndiaMART

Every IndiaMART enquiry creates a contact and triggers a WhatsApp message within seconds. On IndiaMART the same buyer enquiry usually goes to several suppliers at once, so responding first is most of the advantage.

  • B2B Marketplace

    TradeIndia

New leads and enquiries on TradeIndia trigger an immediate WhatsApp message, create the contact and start the follow-up workflow, without anyone copying details out of a portal.

Need one we do not list?

There is a REST API and webhooks, plus Zapier, Make and n8n. Custom endpoints are not a paid add-on.

Questions people ask about connecting WhatsApp

Can I connect WhatsApp to my existing CRM?

Yes. There are direct integrations for Zoho, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Tally and others, and anything else can connect through an inbound webhook or through Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect or n8n.

Do I need a developer to set up an integration?

For the built-in ones, no: they are configured in the interface. A developer only helps when you are wiring a custom internal system, and even then it is usually just pointing that system at a webhook URL.

Can an integration send WhatsApp messages automatically?

Yes, using an approved template. A new order, a form submission, a payment or a CRM stage change can each trigger a message within seconds, without anyone pressing send.

What if my tool is not listed?

Use the inbound webhook, which accepts data from anything that can call a URL, or route through one of the automation platforms. In practice that covers nearly everything.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. They are part of the flat annual platform fee. Third-party automation platforms such as Zapier have their own pricing, which is one reason the built-in triggers and n8n are worth considering first.
