WhatsApp monitoring without the Business API

StaffPeek monitors team WhatsApp without the WhatsApp Business API by mirroring normal WhatsApp Web behaviour for each account on the manager’s PC. The Business API is built for sending approved template broadcasts and charges per conversation. It is not designed to let a manager watch a team’s day-to-day customer chats.
